Cedar Way PTO

Parents are welcome to check out and review two possible reading curricula in March.  Open House events will be hosted at the Former Woodway High School at 23200 100th Avenue, Lynnwood, WA 98020.  Days and Times:

• 3/15 - 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• 3/22 - 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• 3/23 - 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

At the 12/3 Character Building Assembly, the guest was Peter Kithene.  Mr. Kithene grew up in rural Kenya, where untreated sicknesses killed his parents, four siblings, and many others in his village. Deciding to make a different, Mr. Kithene worked hard and eventually received a scholarship to the UW.  Through his hard work and his dedication he has made a different bringing health care to the his homeland.

Mr. Kithene is a community member to be proud of - embodying the Cedar Way belief in "Service."  Take a minute to learn about his good work and get inspired to do your own good work.

• 10:45 a.m. - K-3 First lunch
• 11:15 a.m. - 4-6 Second lunch
• 11:40 a.m. - Dismissal
